DWI Evaluations & Referrals
I have extensive training, experience and knowledge in the field of addiction. If you have obtained a DWI and are requiring a mandated evaluation, I will be able to provide that service for you. My name is on the NYS OASIS list as one of the providers of evaluations. If you are in need of treatment, I have a list of local treatment facilities that I would be able to link you to. If you are not in need of treatment then the evaluation will meet the requirement of the evaluation.
The goal of the evaluation is to provide a thorough assessment of your usage of drugs and alcohol and to assess if you are in need of treatment and help.
