Family Counseling
I have had a significant amount of training and experience facilitating family therapy. Having attended extensive/intensive workshops addressing families where there is a member who is afflicted with a Behavioral Health issue. Some issues with one family member impacting the family system may be drug/alcohol usage, schizophrenia, depression, anger etc.
I am very skillful in treating the family dynamics so that communication is opened up and people are not afraid to speak to one anther. The goal is to help alleviate the open tension system that often is created in family systems.
I am adept at couple's therapy using many techniques, which are adapted from action methods therapy training over the years.
